Recipe: Whole30 Chili

I’ll keep this post short! I’m not a fan of beans and I found this incredible Whole30 recipe for bean-less chili from Farmstead Chic.

I’m not stealing her recipe, but I’m going to leave the specific ingredients I use for my own chili!

Ingredients:
– 2 lbs ground beef
– 1 large yellow onion, diced
– 4 tbsp tomato paste
– 3 tbsp chili powder
– 1 tbsp garlic powder
– 1 tbsp cayenne (for spice)
– 1/2 tsp cumin
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp pepper
– 2 cups chicken broth
– 28 oz fire roasted tomatoes
